“I benefited from the descriptions of coaching methods (i.e., health coach, experiential coach, performance coach, mentor, advisor, etc.). This really clarified the differences and is not often emphasized in other coaching programs. I also think the time focused on the (workplace) leader to coach was important, too. There is a clear difference when to position and lead from (or go in and out of) a coaching perspective.”
“Both Lisa and Carm are committed to excellence and bring time and passion to the experience–which is appreciated.”
“The pre-course video interviews were very informative as well as the digital platform and tools.”
“I found the role-playing breakout sessions to be the most valuable. I appreciated the information during the presentation but applying it during role play is where I had the biggest key takeaways.”
“I valued the opportunities to immediately put the learning into action in the small breakout groups and to receive direct/realtime feedback from the course facilitators and peer observers.”
“This course taught me how to effectively phrase my responses to my employees to get something more than a yes or no answer.”
“I loved the opportunity to practice what we learned.”
