June is Certified with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Board Certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners AADP, Certified Hilton Johnson Health Coach.  June is also a Facilitator of the "Focus on Healthy Eating Program" and a member of its development team, instrumental in the program plan development and pilot launch.  June is certified as a Wellness Cooking Academy Instructor; completed continuing education programs in digestive health, emotional eating,, nutritional supplementation, environmental toxicity and gut and thyroid health.  June is also certified in Cranial Sacral Therapy 1,2 & 3;  Jin Shin Jyutsu 1,2,3; and loves the benefits of Qi Gong.

She effectively creates a safe, supportive, collaborative environment to educate and empower her clients to take charge of their health. Implementing simple lifestyle choices can turn around chronic issues like fatigue, stress, aging, brain fog, digestive disorders, weight and chronic pain so that you can be celebrating the thrill of doing things you couldn't do before.

June continues her studies in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition of the whole body systems; specializing in thyroid, gut, and brain health.

She thrives on country living and knows that "Health starts first with healthy soils producing healthy foods that are then transformed into nutrient dense tasty recipes in the kitchen." My intentions are to help others feel their healthiest by going beyond just what to eat; so that they awaken a stress-free hunger inside digging into the forgotten freedoms of true wellness...
